Thanks for posting those grabs. I have read that Goya apparently didn't plan his paintings much before he hit the canvas. But look at the crouching figure, hands over face, behind the bayonets. What a complex composition. So much emotion in that paint. I'm off to find the Google Earth link. -Charles Wow!
