I think that the vesel is a amazing part of the Peru people history. Its interesting how the stylization of the face represents a deity on this cup/mug. The size and material of this piece is amazing because it survive such a long period of time, untouched by any other societies that may have used it for other purposes. the craftmanship was so superb that its actually upside down from the perspective in the video. They made so the drinker would view the face right side up as he drinks.
